Job Description

  • Supervise outbound activities, including order picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
  • Ensure on-time shipment and adherence to delivery schedules.
  • Monitor and adjust staffing levels based on workload forecasts.
  • Oversee equipment usage, maintenance, and operational efficiency.
  • Address and resolve outbound order discrepancies, delays, or issues promptly.
  • Maintain the accurate staging and tracking of inventory for outbound shipments.

Qualifications

  • With bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain or any related field
  • Has relevant experience in operations and dispatch
  • Background in retail is an advantage
