OVERVIEW

The Quality Analyst (PMP Reports) maintains standardized performance reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Regularly send standardized reporting templates and formats for various stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports by conducting regular audits and validations.
  • Customize reports to meet the specific needs of different departments or business units.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence partner to optimize data collection processes and automate reporting workflows.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of reporting procedures and standards.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of reporting requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerBI, adept at handling large datasets and analyzing intricate data with precision. Demonstrates keen attention to detail and accuracy. Proven experience thriving in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Willing to work on a night shift schedule.
