As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll play a key role in designing and developing solutions across the stack - from scalable backend services to intuitive front-end interfaces. You'll work closely with our engineering and product teams to build systems that bridge the gap between hardware and software, while upholding InspireX's commitment to quality, security, and performance.

You'll also have opportunities to explore AI integration, real-time communication frameworks, and cross-platform development that elevate user experiences in professional AV environments.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services in TypeScript using , NestJS, or similar frameworks
• Build modern, responsive frontends with
• Integrate with AV device APIs, control systems, and network protocols
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for interoperability across devices and platforms
• Leverage AWS to deliver scalable, secure cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams for seamless end-to-end integration
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and design sessions
• Mentor team members and contribute to engineering best practices
• Help improve documentation, processes, and quality standards across the team

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and , with experience using NestJS or similar frameworks
• Proven ability to build modern, high-performance frontends using
• Hands-on experience with Shadcn UI and Tailwind CSS for creating responsive, component-based interfaces
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, clean architecture, and microservices-based systems
• Understanding of networked systems, APIs, and real-time communication (e.g., WebSocket, MQTT, SignalR)
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Understanding of secure coding practices and identity/authentication standards (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT)
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch)
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on performance, scalability, and security
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in distributed teams
• Interest or experience in Audio Visual, embedded, or IoT environments
• Exposure to AI tools or APIs and other backend languages like Java or .NET is a plus
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation is a plus
