Position: Full Stack Developer

Location: Remote (Philippines-based only)

About the Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. This role requires hands-on expertise in both frontend frameworks and backend services, as well as practical knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure and modern CI/CD pipelines.

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize systems end-to-end — from interactive frontends to resilient backend services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications across frontend and backend.
  • Build responsive UIs using / experience is a plus).
  • Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Python/Django, FastAPI, or
  • Manage databases (SQL and NoSQL) with focus on PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
  • Deploy and maintain applications on AWS (S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, EC2, etc.).
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
  • Write automated unit and integration tests with PyTest, Jest, or Playwright.
  • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and daily standups.
  • Optimize system performance (scalability, caching, load handling, code splitting, lazy loading).
  • Ensure security best practices across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
Qualifications
  • 3–7 years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with (minimum 2 years).
  • Proven backend expertise in Python/Django, FastAPI, or
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Practical experience deploying and scaling apps in AWS environments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
  • Comfortable writing automated test cases for both frontend and backend.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver in fast-paced, remote setups.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience with Redis or ElasticSearch.
  • Knowledge of ETL pipelines and data workflows.
  • Familiarity with Vercel/Netlify for frontend hosting.
  • Background in mentoring junior developers.
