What You'll Do

  • Manage, coach, and support Sales Associates across partner stores
  • Strengthen merchant relationships and drive sustainable sales growth
  • Oversee recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management of sales staff
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and fraud-prevention measures
  • Prepare reports, analyze team performance, and implement improvement strategies

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
  • 3–5 years of sales or customer service experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Olongapo's market and customer trends
  • Integrity, adaptability, and a customer-focused leadership style
