Job Summary:

The Supply Planner supports corporate goals by efficiently converting customer demand into material requirements, ensuring timely production of quality finished goods while meeting customer service and inventory targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conversion of the demand plan or orders of customers into Material Requirement Plans (chemicals and packaging materials, as applicable) which will be the basis for ordering materials by creating Purchase Requisitions for materials.
  • Disseminating the production schedule to concerned departments: Production (In-House and Third-Party Manufacturers), QA, Materials Store and Purchasing
  • Creating Production Orders for finished goods at the right quantity based on minimum batch sizes for production and the actual demand or order of customers
  • Consolidating the production schedule for compounding and/or filling and packaging both for In-House Production and Third Party Manufacturer runs.
  • Generating reports relevant to the function such as customer service level reports, plant inventory reports and plant stock status reports.
  • Performing special projects such as recovery of bulk or materials from phased-out finished goods, stock analysis of materials and finished goods for products which will undergo transition into new formulation and/or packaging and/or depletion

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in BS Industrial Engineer or any related course
  • At least 1 year experience related to Production Planning and Inventory Control, Materials Management or Supply Chain Planning
  • With knowledge of MRP and ERP
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word and Power Point)
  • Preferably with knowledge of SAP
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Willing to be assigned in Valenzuela City
