DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist Inventory PPIC Supervisor / Unit Head in attaining set targets and KPI of the group.
  • Tracking of constant movement of items, perform analysis and control stocks movement
  • Coordination with interface departments of Supply Chain.
  • Monitoring stock level of inventory and ensure that it's within acceptable limit.
  • Timely replenishment of stocks as per established ROP Standards.
  • Accomplish F2M report on a weekly basis
  • Perform F1 forecasting monthly
  • Communicates with co-Inventory controller, production planner, and purchaser in order transaction activities.
  • Coordinates with warehouse supervisor/in charge for incoming inventory, purchases, transfer and other related activities.
  • Suggests ideas to Inventory Controller Team Leader/ Unit Head for corrective and preventive actions for unmet targets and KPI.
  • Handles Sales and Marketing promos and other sales related transactions.
  • Prepare a monthly report.
  • Filing and safekeeping of reports.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • With at least 1 year relevant experience.
  • Must be keen to details and excellent written and oral skills.
  • Possess positive attitude, Flexibility in a multi-tasked environment and able to manage priorities.
  • Good communication skills both written and oral.
  • Must be amenable to work in Valenzuela City.
