Your Role in the Spotlight

Be part of our client's team as an Information Security Officer, where you'll review security controls, evidence, and documentation to ensure audit readiness. You'll collaborate with Governance, Security, and SecOps teams, produce clear customer reports, and help uphold a strong, compliant, and globally resilient cybersecurity posture.

What We're Looking For

• 4-5+ years of experience as a GRC Analyst or Internal Auditor in information security, compliance, or risk management
• Familiarity with key security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST CSF
• Strong understanding of internal controls, audit processes, and evidence management
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple customer audits simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing clear, concise reports
• Proven ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Availability to support US Eastern and Pacific time zones from 8 AM - 5 PM
• Must be based in Metro Manila or able to reach the office within 1 hour

Nice to Have

• ISO 27001 Internal Auditor, CISA, CISM, CISSP (Associate), or equivalent certifications
• Experience supporting customers in regulated sectors such as finance, healthcare, or SaaS
• Familiarity with security auditing tools, GRC platforms, or evidence management software

What You'll Do Every Day

• Conduct internal audits of security controls and processes to verify compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST CSF
• Review audit evidence, identify gaps, and coordinate remediation with stakeholders
• Maintain records of audit findings, status, and corrective actions
• Collaborate with Governance, Offensive Security, and SecOps teams for alignment
• Prepare audit reports and status updates for customers
• Support audit readiness initiatives by validating controls before external audits
• Improve audit procedures, checklists, and tracking systems
• Participate in regular internal meetings to align tasks with risk assessments and security goals
