Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Officer, located in Quezon City. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the premises, monitoring and reporting any suspicious activities, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring compliance with all security procedures and protocols. The role also involves providing assistance during emergencies and working collaboratively with team members and clients to maintain a secure environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in surveillance, monitoring, and conducting routine security patrols
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills to handle incidents effectively
  • Knowledge of safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and report-writing
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in high-stress situations
  • Physically fit to perform security tasks, including standing for long periods and responding to emergencies
  • Prior experience in security or law enforcement is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional security certifications are a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
