- Valid and active license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing)
- 1–2 years of nursing experience*in a clinical or outpatient setting
- Experience providing care to confidential/sensitive patients
- Strong clinical skills: taking vitals, medication administration, wound care, injections, assisting in minor procedures, etc.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written, across staff and patients
- Proven ability to handle high-stress environments, multitask, and prioritize care
- Knowledge of clinic protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards
- Respectful and professional in handling sensitive and confidential information
- Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and empathetic
- Works well both independently and in a team environment
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
- Can start immediately
- Willing to work flexible hours or shifts if needed
- Willing to work at Centuria, Makati City
