  • Provide English translation of pre-owned Japanese vehicle auction sheets.
  • Actively Participate in live Japanese Auctions.
  • Collaborate with the Japan team to understand auction schedules and vehicle availability.
  • Maintain direct and effective communication with iDirect Auction Staff in Japan to facilitate smooth auction operations.
  • Provide real-time responses to customer inquiries regarding vehicle recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or undergraduate with relevant work experience in the Japanese Language
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Japanese (conversational level)
  • At least JLPT N5 Exam Passer
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office is a plus
  • Team Player
  • Car Sales experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

  • Cebu City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
