Job Details

Location: Bagumbayan, Taguig

Duty Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Schedule: 6 days a week (Day Off: Wednesday)

Skills & Competencies

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Alertness, attention to detail, and quick decision-making.

Ability to stay calm in stressful or emergency situations.

Basic knowledge of security protocols, surveillance, and safety practices.

Customer service orientation (since guards often interact with clients/visitors).

Training & Certification

Completion of security guard training program (required by law in many countries).

Knowledge of first aid and basic firefighting is an advantage.

License or permit from the regulating authority (e.g., in the Philippines: Security Guard License from PNP-SOSIA).

For armed guards: firearms training and license to carry.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military service.

Familiarity with CCTV monitoring, access control systems, and emergency procedures.

Can work on flexible schedules (night shifts, weekends, holidays).
