Digital Assets Data and Operations Analyst

Job Responsibilities

  • Does research, data analysis, project management, and the ability to understand financial content for AI or LLM generated content
  • Create a weekly newsletter from new stories and digital asset data including copy editing and formatting
  • Monitoring and vetting disparate news sources for relevant or actionable insight; writing short summaries
  • For non-listed digital assets: take MVP work and execute on operationalizing it for ongoing collection, maintenance, quality, and expansion.
  • Update non-listed digital asset attributes and statuses
  • Perform existing digital asset activities relating to ongoing maintenance of the data asset.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree of any field
  • Experience in research, data analysis, project management, and the ability to understand financial content for AI or LLM generated content
  • Understanding financial documents (press releases, white papers, SEC filings) related to digital assets to categorize them financially.
  • Monitor newswires, feeds and other third-party sources for relevant stories, then produce news briefs based on those stories along with producing a weekly newsletter containing the relevant news.
  • Experience in designing and formatting the newsletter for optimal readability and visual appeal.
  • Experience doing quality checks or setting up quality control for data quality or process quality
  • High-level of written and spoken English - must be able to produce quality written material comparable to candidate based in the US
  • Project management skills - balance of different activities, setting and managing priorities, tracking progress of each area against milestones
  • Ability to do research and share conclusions and actionable recommendations
  • Mid-level proficiency with excel
