Job Title: Graphic Designer/Web Administrator

Key Responsibilities

Web Design & Management (Approx. 40%)

  • Regularly update and maintain the content, images, and promotions on our company website using our Content Management System (CMS).
  • Design and create visually appealing web banners, landing pages, and other digital assets to support marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure the website maintains a high standard of usability, performance, and visual appeal across all devices (responsive design).
  • Perform basic front-end development and troubleshooting using HTML, CSS, and occasionally JavaScript.
  • Optimize web graphics and images for fast loading times without compromising quality.
  • Monitor website performance and user engagement using analytics tools.

Graphic Design & Pre-Press (Approx. 60%)

  • Conceptualize and create a wide range of print-ready marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, business cards, posters, and banners, based on client specifications or internal needs.
  • Provide layout design services to customers, transforming their ideas and content into professional, print-ready artwork.
  • Perform essential pre-press checks on all artwork (both in-house and client-supplied) to ensure it meets printing standards.
  • Verify files for correct dimensions, bleed, safety margins, colour mode (CMYK), resolution (DPI), and file formats (PDF, .ai, .psd).
  • Liaise with the print production team to ensure a seamless transition from final design to printed product.
  • Maintain an organized library of all design files and digital assets.

Preferred:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia, or a related field
  • Experience printing industry and with e-commerce platforms.
  • Basic photography or video editing skills would be an advantage.

Skills Required:

  • Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, Acrobat and Microsoft Office

Location: Pioneer St. Edsa Corner, 5 mins walk from BONI MRT

Working Hours: 5.5 Days a Week

  • Monday - Friday: 8:30 to 5:30PM
  • Saturday: 8:30-12:30PM
