About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at GOLDENLION CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY CORP.' in Cabuyao City Laguna. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers and contributing to the overall success of our retail business. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering queries, and making recommendations to meet their needs
  • Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing store environment, ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed
  • Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and support store operations
  • Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour at all times

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably in the construction or home improvement industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and build positive relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer queries and concerns effectively
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
