Digital Marketing Assistant

Job Description:

● Client Project Collaboration: Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams (e.g., design,

content, advertising, and strategy) to successfully execute client projects and in-house

advertising campaigns.

● Affiliate Marketing Support: Provide administrative backing to the affiliate marketing

team, assisting in tracking and organizing campaign details, communications, and

performance reports as necessary.

● Content Editing and Quality Assurance: Play a key role in editing marketing materials,

ensuring that content for paid advertising initiatives meets the highest standards for

clarity, quality, and brand consistency.

● Content Management for Organic Social Platforms: Manage and schedule content

across various Organic Social platforms for our clients, ensuring timely delivery and

consistency in messaging.

● Content Calendar Management: Oversee and edit content calendars, ensuring that all

deadlines are met and that content is aligned with campaign goals and timelines.

Skills and Experience:

● Google Suite Proficiency: Proven expertise in using the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets,

Calendar, etc.) for efficient document handling, collaboration, and organizational

purposes.

● Attention to Detail and Proofreading: Exceptional proofreading capabilities with a

keen eye for detail to ensure pristine and error-free content delivery.

● Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with and effective use of marketing techniques, tools,

and databases for the successful execution of campaigns.

● Time Management: Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and

adhere to strict deadlines, ensuring smooth workflow across teams.

● Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication, with excellent

interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with both internal teams and clients.

Preferred Skills:

● Klaviyo Experience: Prior experience working with Klaviyo or similar marketing platform

experience.

● Website Analysis: Proficiency with website analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, to

track and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

● Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical capabilities and a solution-focused approach to

problem-solving, enabling you to identify opportunities for optimization.

● Social Media Content Management: Experience managing and scheduling content on

social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn is highly desirable.
