Position Overview
We are seeking a Social Media Strategist to join our Brand Engagement and Creative Solutions Team. This role is designed for a hands-on content creator who also brings a strategic mindset—balancing creative storytelling with growth-focused social media practices. The Social Media Strategist will manage day-to-day posting, engagement, and analytics while keeping content aligned with brand strategy and industry trends. This position will report directly to the Brand Solutions Manager, ensuring that all social media efforts are aligned with broader brand initiatives, campaign goals, and cross-functional strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Posting
● Develop and publish engaging posts (text, images, short-form videos) across multiple
platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
● Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and client objectives.
Content Calendar Management
● Build and maintain an organized content calendar for multiple accounts.
● Ensure consistent posting cadence and timely execution of campaigns.
Design & Editing
● Create visually compelling graphics using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
● Edit short-form video content optimized for each platform.
Community Engagement
● Monitor comments, direct messages, and brand mentions.
● Respond and engage with followers in a timely, professional manner to strengthen brand
presence.
Analytics & Reporting
● Track KPIs across platforms, including reach, engagement, and conversion.
● Pull reports and provide insights to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
Trend Awareness
● Stay up-to-date on emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices.
● Adapt content strategies to remain current and relevant.
Crisis Management
● Respond to negative comments and reviews with professionalism and empathy.
● Ensure all replies follow approved brand language and healthcare compliance
guidelines.
● Represent the brand consistently and professionally across all interactions.
Collaboration & Organization
● Work with internal teams to brainstorm, develop, execute, and maintain consistency
across campaigns.
● Manage tasks and track deliverables using organizational tools such as Google Sheets

● 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
● Strong understanding of social media platforms, audiences, and growth strategies.
● Intermediate graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent).
● Strong communication and copywriting abilities.
● Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
● Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.
