Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead investor relations marketing initiatives to generate 40,000 investor leads annually.
  • Drive marketing efforts to secure $100M in external clients for Spartan Construction Management and Spartan Capital Advisory each year.
  • Manage and track the planning, design, approval, and production process for all marketing projects.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines and content calendars, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Enhance and implement the existing marketing strategy, mapping out tasks and aligning team efforts.
  • Collaborate with vendors, agency partners, and freelancers to ensure projects stay within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with desired outcomes.
  • Oversee marketing analytics to prioritize resources and maximize ROI.
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration and maintain strong relationships with the executive team and external partners.

Qualifications:

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience.
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • 3+ years supervising marketing team members.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, , Basecamp).
  • Familiarity with InDesign and social media publishing platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce or Pardot.
  • Exposure to AI or marketing automation tools.

Preferred (Flexible) Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience producing marketing content (digital and print).
