Our company is a fast-growing agency specializing in high-impact digital marketing and branding.

We are looking for a skilled, efficient, and detail-oriented Website Designer who can quickly and effectively build and optimize websites at a high level. Speed without sacrificing quality is key. If you can deliver high-converting, visually stunning, and responsive websites efficiently, we would like to have you on our team.

What We're Looking For:

  • The applicant must be able to build a website to the standard of the example below. Don't apply if you cannot build a website to this level.
  • We need someone who can balance speed, creativity, and functionality. You should be able to:
  • Design and develop fully functional contractor websites quickly and efficiently
  • Ensure websites are SEO-optimized, responsive, and high-performing
  • Implement clean, efficient CSS and front-end coding practices
  • Work with our team to continuously improve templates and workflow

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain multiple websites across different domains.
  • Ensure all sites are secure, fast, and performing reliably.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, perform regular updates, and manage website backups.
  • Design visually appealing, mobile-responsive layouts aligned with brand identity.
  • Build and update pages using WordPress and Elementor with a focus on user experience and design precision.
  • · Develop high-converting landing pages that drive engagement and leads.
  • · Implement on-page SEO strategies and optimization best practices to improve site visibility and performance.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in web design or a related field.
  • Expert proficiency in WordPress and Elementor (required).
  • Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
  • Proven experience in SEO optimization and website performance improvement.
  • Familiarity with website security, hosting, and domain management.
  • Basic graphic design skills using Adobe XD, Figma, or Canva.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills.
