Job Description Summary

The Graphic Designer will be working closely alongside other designers in assisting in the creation of design and artwork for a variety of brand, print, and digital design projects across both internal and external communications.

About the Role:

  • Collaborates with other designers to produce brand, print, and digital design materials for internal and external communications across EMEA.
  • Designs high-end collateral for campaigns and events, following brand guidelines while creatively enhancing visuals based on project needs.
  • Provides conceptual design support for pitches, including layout and presentation development, under guidance from senior team members.
  • Participates in brainstorming and theme development for bids, ensuring projects are completed from start to finish.
  • Offers flexible support to team members, especially under tight deadlines, contributing to a collaborative and responsive design environment.

About You:

  • Strong creativity within brand guidelines, fresh ideas for bespoke pitches, excellent layout and typography, and multimedia design knowledge (video editing, motion graphics, animation)
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and general IT literacy; familiarity with CEROS, Infogram, Biteable; understanding of print production and ability to prepare print-ready artwork
  • Bachelor's degree in Design (or equivalent), 3–5 years of experience in brand and pitch design, with bonus points for experience in commercial property and working across EMEA
  • Enthusiastic, inspiring, detail-oriented, eager to learn, tenacious, thrives in high-energy environments.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong communication skills, well-organized, able to multitask, works well independently and as part of a team.
