Job Description:

Provide courteous and professional service to customers by creating quality food while adhering to food safety and standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Food Preparation & Production:

  • Prepare ingredients accurately and efficiently according to recipes and store procedures
  • Stretch, portion, and shape dough in accordance with standard quality procedures
  • Cook and assemble food products, including sauces and other components, following established preparation guidelines

Food Safety & Sanitation:

  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the work area in full compliance with food safety regulations
  • Properly handle, label, and store all food items to maintain freshness and prevent contamination
  • Inspect and sanitize kitchen stations before and after use to maintain hygiene and readiness

Team Collaboration & Communication:

  • Maintain consistent communication with kitchen supervisors and team leads
  • Promptly report and help resolve any kitchen-related issues or concerns

Qualifications

  • Prior kitchen or food preparation experience is a plus, but not required
  • Basic understanding of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices
  • Basic knowledge of dessert making (e.g., mixing, baking, prep work)
  • Knowledgeable in basic dough management (e.g., mixing, fermentation, portioning, shaping)
  • Willingness to work in a hot, fast-paced, and physically demanding environment
  • Physically fit and capable of handling heavy lifting
  • Willing to learn, follow instructions, and contribute to a team-oriented kitchen environment
  • Positive attitude, good work ethic, and strong sense of responsibility

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
