Job DescriptionCoordinate with PR & Marketing Manager in planning and executing events. Prepare press kits as needed. Track and monitor press releases.

Prepare sales and marketing reports. Meet regularly with press, bloggers, and media to promote brand services. Support operations by assisting in stores at least once a week.

Handle tie-ups and sponsorships with different partners. Provide monthly reports on promos. Filter proposals.

Request GCs for sponsorships and marketing expenses such as bloggers and media. Update sales and social media platforms. Manage merchandise for malls.

Ensure ambassadors sign their contracts. Source materials for press kits. Attend and assist in events.

Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, and Adobe tools. Qualifications and ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Sales and Management, Marketing, or equivalent. Work Experience: Preferably 1 year experience in the retail field.

SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Awareness of marketing strategies and ideas. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with a sense of urgency.

Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work long hours. AttributesDecisive, assertive, proactive, and solutions-oriented. Flexible, available for on-call work and during holidays.

Working ConditionsHybrid setup working inside the office. Occasional field work related to company affairs. Willing to work onsite in BGC Taguig.
