Primary Function

We are looking for a CPA/Experienced accountant with knowledge in using Netsuite. The ideal candidate will be an experienced accountant and will work to input invoices into Netsuite, examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable Management


• Process customer invoices and ensure timely billing in NetSuite


• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances


• Apply customer payments and maintain accurate cash application records


• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies


• Support collections efforts and communicate with customers regarding payment status

Accounts Payable Processing


• Process vendor invoices and ensure proper GL coding and approval workflows


• Prepare and execute payment runs in accordance with payment terms


• Maintain vendor master data and ensure accuracy of vendor information


• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies


• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and account balances

NetSuite Journal Entries & General Ledger


• Prepare and post routine journal entries in NetSuite


• Assist with month-end accruals and adjusting entries


• Maintain supporting documentation for all journal entries


• Support account reconciliations and variance analysis


• Ensure proper coding and allocation of transactions across business units

Banking & Cash Management


• Process daily banking transactions and maintain cash records


• Reconcile bank accounts on a monthly basis


• Prepare bank deposits and coordinate with treasury for wire transfers


• Monitor cash flow and flag any unusual transactions or discrepancies


• Maintain organized filing of banking documentation

Month-End Support & Reporting


• Support month-end closing activities and meet established deadlines


• Assist with preparation of financial reports and schedules


• Provide supporting documentation for management requests


• Maintain accurate and organized records for audit purposes


• Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum of 4 years of working experience in the related field
  • Must be knowledgeable in General Accounting
  • Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic formulas
  • Work from home / based in the Philippines
  • Remote interview process

  • Salary PHP 30,000 to PHP 40,000 (WITHOUT DEDUCTIONS)
