As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who will ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and team productivity.

The role is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order preparation, and dispatch. The role ensures that all warehouse activities are conducted efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company standards and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee warehouse operations: Receiving, sorting, tagging, barcoding, storage
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Coordinate stock transfers to retail stores
  • Implement and enforce warehouse SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff
  • Ensure safety and organization
  • Optimize workflow for speed and accuracy

Desired skills:

  • Warehouse management experience (preferably apparel/clothing)
  • Familiar with inventory systems (ERP, barcode scanners, WMS)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive problem solver
  • Experience with KPI tracking (accuracy, turnaround time)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration) — ideal, but not mandatory
  • 3+ years warehouse managerial or supervisory experience
  • Experience in fashion/retail logistics is a big advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
