JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Staff to support the financial operations of our farm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with agricultural and financial regulations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Record daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, and expenses.
  • Monitor and reconcile farm accounts (bank, inventory, petty cash, etc.).
  • Prepare and manage payroll for farm employees.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collections from buyers/customers.
  • Maintain and update accounting software or ledgers.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
  • Support inventory tracking of farm produce, supplies, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for payments and reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with government tax filings and regulatory reporting.
  • Assist in audits and financial reviews as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of accounting experience (experience in agriculture or farming a plus).
  • Knowledge of farm operations, crop/livestock cycles, and agricultural expenses preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
  • Work is performed in both office and farm settings.
  • Occasional visits to field sites, warehouses, or supplier locations may be required.

Pay: Php15, Php16,208.33 per month
