Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Invoicing Specialist to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing the full cycle of invoicing, ensuring accurate and timely processing of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), and performing daily bank reconciliations. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Invoicing & Accounts Receivable (AR):

  • Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner
  • Monitor receivables and follow up on overdue accounts
  • Record incoming payments and reconcile with open invoices
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries
  • Prepare Weekly AR Report
  • Managing AR balances in different entities
  • Flag customers past due balances
  • Monitor Stripe balances everyday
  • Ensure customer payments are recorded in correct invoices
  • Manage finance email

Accounts Payable (AP):

  • Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and expense reports
  • Ensure timely payment of bills and adherence to company policies
  • Maintain accurate records of payables and assist with month-end closing
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues or discrepancies

Bank Reconciliation:

  • Perform daily bank reconciliations for all company accounts
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and internal records
  • Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and classified
  • Assist in cash flow forecasting and reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
  • 1+ year of experience in invoicing, AR/AP, or general accounting
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, SAP) and Excel
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Xero
  • Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance in AU, SG, and US
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
