About the Role

As an RTR SME, you'll be the go-to expert for
Record-to-Report solutions, transitions, and transformations
. You will partner with global clients, design process improvements, and ensure smooth migrations. This is not a back-office role — it's a
client-facing, high-impact SME position
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead
    solutions design
    : SOWs, SLAs, process improvements, FTE sizing.
  • Drive
    process transition & migration
    (L1/L2/L3 mapping, KT, tools implementation).
  • Perform
    maturity assessments, benchmarking, and transformation planning
    .
  • Support clients during escalations: RCA, service recovery, solutioning.
  • Deliver
    end-to-end RTR process expertise
    and support global finance leaders.
  • Champion
    change management
    and drive successful transformation programs.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Finance, preferably BPO/Shared Services.
  • Strong RTR domain expertise: Journal Entries, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Month-End Close, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, FP&A, Audit/Statutory, Financial Reporting.
  • Proven experience in
    ERP/tool implementation
    for F&A.
  • Solid track record in
    solutions, transition, and migration
    .
  • Strong global stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have

  • CPA certification
    or Bachelor's in Accountancy.
  • Deep expertise in
    central finance & management reporting
    .
  • Prior experience in automation, transformation, or process reengineering.
