RECEIVER (INBOUND)

  • Performs box counting of unloaded merchandise from vendors. Ensure packaging of merchandise received meets the required standard. Report issues with team leader for resolutions.

  • 100% attachment and scanning of case ID on all boxes received.

  • Ensuring correct quantity is received based on the corresponding Purchase Order (PO) and Sales Invoice (SI) document for outright deliveries and Delivery Receipt (DR) document for concessionaire deliveries. Reflect alterations as needed and countersign.

  • Signing on the receiving documents and releasing vendor copy at the end of the receiving transaction.

  • Prepares gatepass for all excess and wrong deliveries for backload by vendor and submit to Superviser for approval.

  • Endorse received merchandise to receiving buffer area or directly to marshalling section for the next process.
