Warehouse Picker

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate shall be in charge of the movement of units within a warehouse, performing tasks such as receiving units from shipment, organizing inventory, picking and packing orders/units, and loading and unloading of units.

The Warehouse Associate shall be responsible for putting all items received from logistics

team in their proper place or rack and/or according to standard good practices so that aisles are

kept clear to avoid accidents and to prevent any damages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of products for delivery. Likewise, responsible for non-delayed delivery of stocks to the requisitioned.
• Keep the area of responsibility clean and safe following the company rules to ensure compliance.
• Prepares delivery based on issued documents following the standard process flow to ensure accurate transaction.
• Responsible for transmitting documents related to delivery units.
• Keep the location map and actual location of the unit comparable and efficient.
• Ensures that all transferred products from TSD are accurately checked before endorsement to the logistics section and ensures that all received units from the receiving section are accurately checked and systematically stored in their designated area.
• Support delivery/backup or act as a delivery helper and support units receiving/incoming if needed.
• Tie-up with Inventory Clerk for accurate and efficient cycle count once a month.
• Ensure 5S sort (seiri), set in order (seiton), shine (seiso), standardize (seiketsu), and sustain (shitsuke) in the area of responsibility and follow the safety procedures of the company.
• Perform such other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior related to the above after due training and qualification.
