About the role

As a Project Site Engineer at Convergence Realty & Development Corporation, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of Housing projects in Lipa City, Batangas. This full-time position requires strong technical expertise in civil/structural engineering to ensure project sites are managed efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with the construction team to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all work is completed to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at project sites
  2. Monitor project timelines and quality control to ensure targets are met
  3. Liaise with sub-contractors, purchasing team, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise
  4. Conduct regular site inspections and provide detailed progress reports
  5. Ensure strict compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
  6. Support the project management team in planning, scheduling, and executing project milestones
  7. Provide technical guidance to construction personnel

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  2. At least 3 years of experience as a Project Site Engineer or similar role in the real estate/construction industry.
  3. Newly Graduate are welcome to apply.
  4. Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
  5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges on-site.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  7. Proven track record of delivering projects to high quality standards within budget and timeline.
  8. Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
  9. Ability to work effectively in a team.
