Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our growing Finance team. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, this role will provide finance, and accounts support to various project sites and business units.

You will be responsible for managing high-volume AP transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of payments and vendor-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process high volumes of vendor invoices through an OCR system with accuracy and compliance.
  • Verify and process employee expense reimbursements, ensuring all supporting documents comply with company policies.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to address invoice-related queries.
  • Manage monthly vendor and credit card reconciliations.
  • Maintain updated and accurate vendor records.
  • Monitor and respond to queries received in the AP inbox.
  • Prepare and execute weekly payment runs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with deadlines.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and system enhancements.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required by the AP Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Proficient with Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinker with effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and highly motivated.
  • Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
