Duties & Responsibilities:
· Payroll Processing – Accurately prepare and process employee salaries, deductions, and benefits on time.
· Record Maintenance – Maintain payroll records, employee attendance, and leave balances.
· Compliance – Ensure payroll processes comply with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
· Salary Adjustments – Handle promotions, bonuses, overtime, and other pay adjustments.
· Coordination – Work with HR and Finance departments for employee records, benefits, and payroll-related concerns.
· Issue Resolution – Address payroll discrepancies, employee inquiries, and concerns regarding salaries.
· Reporting – Generate payroll reports for management and audits.
· With other Function - HR (Human Resources) and Admin (Administration) roles cover a wide range of functions beyond their traditional responsibilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
