Position: Site Engineer

Location: TBD (Based on project assignment; must be willing to travel nationwide)

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage construction activities on-site to ensure project timelines, quality, and safety standards are met.
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders for smooth execution of works.
  • Supervise and inspect daily site operations, ensuring adherence to design specifications and approved plans.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to project management.
  • Manage and resolve any on-site issues or challenges to minimize disruptions.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols and address any potential risks.
  • Perform any tasks analogous to construction supervision, project execution, and technical coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant internship or experience is a plus
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to travel and be assigned to project sites nationwide.
  • Knowledge of water and wastewater construction projects is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
