Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage prospective customers including farmers, cooperatives, and agricultural businesses.
• Promote and sell agricultural tractors, harvesters, and related equipment within assigned territory.
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and provide technical explanations to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to the Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with after-sales service teams to ensure customer support and equipment servicing.
• Attend agricultural exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to represent the company and its products.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in agricultural machinery or equipment sales (preferred).
• Good knowledge of tractors, harvesters, and farming operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively in rural areas.
