We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our executive sales team and help drive continued success.

Position Overview:

The Sales & Marketing Assistant will work closely with the executive sales team to support sales initiatives, coordinate marketing activities, and maintain strong client and partner relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for the travel and tourism industry. The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support while actively contributing to business growth through marketing campaigns, sales support, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the executive sales team in managing client accounts, responding to inquiries, and preparing proposals.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with client information, sales leads, and performance data.
  • Coordinate the preparation of presentations, itineraries, and sales collateral for client meetings and trade shows.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
  • Assist in the planning and organization of industry events, trade shows, and familiarization trips.
  • Track and report on sales and marketing performance metrics to support data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in sales or marketing support, ideally within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google applications, Microsoft Office Suite, and Hubspot; knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A team player with a proactive and flexible approach to work.
  • Passion for travel and knowledge of global destinations is highly desirable.
