Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor junior analysts, fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
  • Develop financial models, forecasts, and advanced analytics tools.
  • Present insights and recommendations clearly to management and stakeholders.
  • Manage projects addressing cross-functional business challenges and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, data modeling, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, SQL, or other analytics tools is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights to executives and teams.
  • Experience mentoring junior analysts is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php75,000.00 per month
