Position Overview:
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in guiding the financial decisions of the organization by analyzing financial data and trends. You will support strategic planning and provide insights to improve financial performance and operational efficiency. Your analytical skills will help drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough financial analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
    • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenues, expenses, and cash flows.
  2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Assist in the annual budgeting process by collaborating with various departments to gather and analyze budgetary data.
    • Monitor and analyze budget vs. actual performance, providing variance analysis and insights.
  3. Reporting:
    • Prepare and present detailed financial reports and dashboards to senior management.
    • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  4. Data Analysis:
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
    • Utilize data analytics tools to derive actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  5. Cost Analysis:
    • Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance cost efficiency.
    • Evaluate and analyze product profitability and pricing strategies.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and marketing, to align financial objectives with overall business strategies.
    • Provide financial insights and support to business unit leaders to drive performance improvement.
  7. Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
    • Assist in the identification and mitigation of financial risks.
  8. Continuous Improvement:
    • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and reporting accuracy.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices in financial analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or other related course
  • Atleast 5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
