We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance/Utility Personnel to join our team at C2M3 PROPERTIES INC. As a Maintenance/Utility Personnel, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and overall upkeep of our facilities located in South Caloocan Metro Manila. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of our facilities, including common areas, office spaces, and storage rooms
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment, furniture, and other materials as needed
  • Monitor and maintain the proper functioning of building systems, such as HVAC, lighting, and security
  • Respond to and resolve any maintenance-related issues or requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to maintain a safe and well-functioning work environment
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices to ensure a secure workplace

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar maintenance or utility role
  • Proficiency in performing a variety of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities
  • Familiarity with basic building systems and maintenance procedures
  • Good communication skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders
