Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst Retail Sales to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business data, identifying trends, and providing insights to enhance retail sales performance. This role requires expertise in Power BI, MS Excel, and PowerPoint for data visualization and reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze retail sales data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI, MS Excel, and PowerPoint to communicate insights effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Support decision-making through data-driven recommendations and forecasting.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for management review.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and sales performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement business strategies.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analyses.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in any industry.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, MS Excel, and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings and collaborate with teams.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Ability to work on a shifting schedule as required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
