Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business related course.
  • Minimum of 1-year warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in measurement techniques and data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory systems efficiently.
  • Ability to use measurement tools effectively.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming shipments, verify their contents, and compare them with records such as manifests or purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensuring that all received and dispatched items are encoded in the monitoring file
  • Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
  • Printing of invoices, delivery receipts, and SOA
  • Updating the Outbound Monitoring Report on a timely basis
  • Issuance of a collection receipt and creation of a collection report.
  • Keep proper records of all forms of transactions relating to the company's warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Input, track, and maintain all encoded data and records in the Warehouse Inventory Management System.
  • Performs other work-related duties as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.

Work Scheduled: Tuesday- Saturday (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

Our office is located at 610 Gregorio Araneta Avenue, Baranggay Tatalon, Quezon City (Beside Secure Storage Services), and you are welcome to drop by.
