Job Title: Certified Public Accountant (CPA)Job Summary

The Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and providing tax and financial advisory services. The CPA plays a critical role in maintaining financial integrity and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP/IFRS
  • Manage general ledger accounts, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closings
  • Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns
  • Conduct internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Provide financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting support
  • Advise management on financial planning, risk management, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal controls
  • Maintain accounting documentation and records
  • Support business decisions with financial insights and reports
  • Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Active CPA license (required)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Master's degree in Accounting or MBA (preferred)
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and tax regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
