Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily cash disbursement and receipt transactions of the Company by preparing daily monitoring of cash budget and availability.

  2. Checks, approve and monitors all cash disbursement requests from all departments and forwards them daily for final authorization/approval of top management.

  3. Checks and approves weekly and monthly billings, including freight and delivery charges to be sent to customer branches.

  4. Monitors and inspects monthly sales and collection reports prepared by team member (accounting assistant) to be submitted to management

  5. Monitors and validates monthly expense and disbursement reports prepared by team members (voucher preparer and check preparer) to be submitted to top management.

  6. Coordinates all memorandum regarding price adjustments, new items, change item codes and discounts to concerned parties.

  7. Supervises all price changes and discounts being entered and edited in the Company QuickBooks.

  8. Checks and approves all accounting adjustments entered in the Company QuickBooks (inventory adjustments, credit memos, sales adjustments, rebates etc.)

  9. Prepare detailed monthly reports and analysis of Companies' financial data including but not limited to sales and expenses, cash receipts and disbursement, delivery income and expenses & inventory and assets.

  10. Analyses Company reports and financial data to create recommendations relative to accounting.

  11. Coordinates accounting matters with other departments and divisions in Cebu, Cagayan de Oro and Davao

  12. Communicate with Companies' related parties (SMI & Lusterplus) for all accounting matters.

  13. Manages, mentors and supervises team members on their duties and functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
