We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Audit Specialist to join our team in the hospitality industry. Responsible for conducting regular and special audits to ensure that the Company's financial transactions, operational processes, and internal controls are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct scheduled internal audits of financial records, operational processes, and internal controls.

  2. Review and verify the accuracy of financial statements, reports, and accounting entries.

  3. Assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and government regulations.

  4. Identify inconsistencies, errors, and areas of potential risk.

  5. Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, observations, and recommendations.

  6. Conduct follow-up audits to ensure corrective actions have been implemented.

  7. Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend enhancements.

  8. Analyze workflow processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

  9. Assist in developing audit plans, schedules, and methodologies.

  10. Coordinate with different departments to gather needed documents and information.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, Finance, or related field.

  1. Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or with auditing certifications.

  2. At least 1–3 years of experience in internal audit, compliance, or related roles.

  3. Strong understanding of internal controls, audit standards, and financial processes.

  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  5. High attention to detail and ability to detect inconsistencies and risks.

  6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  7. Proficient in MS Excel, accounting systems, and audit tools.

  8. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.

  9. Good organizational and time-management skills.

  10. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
