JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality structural calculations, designs, and reports, while ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and project requirements.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop and deliver detailed structural calculation packages.

  • Design and draft structural drawings using industry-standard tools.

  • Prepare and present clear, concise structural reports.

  • Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and building codes.

  • Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on project requirements and delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD.

  • Experience with structural design software such as SpaceGass and Structural Toolkit (highly desirable).

  • Must have a strong understanding of Australian Standards (AS codes) and local building regulations.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in calculations and documentation.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to manage time and multiple project deadlines efficiently.

  • 3–5 years of experience in structural engineering within the Australian market.

  • Proven experience working on small to medium-scale structural projects.

  • Prior involvement in the preparation of structural calculations, design drawings, and technical reports.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining project quality and timelines.

Performance Metrics:

  • Timely completion of project deliverables based on set deadlines.

  • Accuracy and compliance of structural designs and reports with Australian Standards.

  • Low revision rate on submitted work due to high quality and precision.

  • Effective collaboration and responsiveness to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Positive feedback from clients and project leads.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality output.

SCHEDULE:

  • Day Shift Australian Account

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEST

  • Fixed Weekends Off

  • Office-based Job

  • Can start immediately

  • Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
