  • ₱24,791.67 Basic Salary
  • ₱1,500 Transportation Allowance
  • ₱2,800 Non-Taxable Allowance (NTA)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid PRC License
  • Expired license → on hold until renewal proof is provided
  • Active Passport (valid ≥ 6 months from start date — required for NCLEX exam)
  • No pending overseas application or petition
  • With or without: Healthcare/BPO/Bedside experience
  • Willing to undergo Academy Training and take the NCLEX Exam
  • Official Transcript of Records (TOR)
  • Board Rating Result
  • Minimum rating: 78%

NCLEX Retention Bond

  • 30 months (2 years & 6 months) from start date
  • Required for NCLEX sponsorship
