Dental Assistant/Nurse

■ Assist the dentist during various clinical and surgical procedures

■ Ensure patients are comfortable within the clinic by offering refreshments, reading materials, or entertainment; adjust chair settings and headrest as needed

■ Prepare and familiarize with instruments, materials, and equipment required for all dental procedures

■ Clean, pack, and carry out the full sterilization process of instruments

■ Prepare and sterilize surgical drapes and towels

■ Capture and organize clinical photos and radiographs

■ Email radiographs/photos to patients within 24 hours

■ Lubricate dental handpieces at the end of each day

■ Organize dental tools and materials into their designated storage areas daily

■ Replenish room supplies (e.g., bibs, tissues, gloves, plastic cups, etc.) regularly

■ Set up and disinfect treatment rooms before and after each patient

■ Monitor inventory of dental supplies and consumables

■ Coordinate with the dental laboratory and manage patient dental cases

■ Check equipment regularly and report if maintenance or repairs are needed

■ Record patients' vital signs prior to surgical procedures; verify clearances and signed consent forms are in place

■ Provide support to the dentist during medical or dental emergencies

■ Perform blood extractions for PRF preparation
