Job Overview:

Selected candidate will serve as the vital link between business stakeholders and the IT team. Primary responsibility will be to understand business needs, translate them into actionable technical requirements, and support the delivery of effective, scalable solutions. Will play a key role in identifying improvement opportunities, streamlining processes, and ensuring solutions align with both business objectives and technical capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with developers, QA teams, and project managers to support smooth and timely solution delivery.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, system diagrams, and data mappings.
  • Ensure proposed solutions meet defined business goals and deliver measurable value.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively support issue resolution and change management efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within IT or technology-driven environments.
  • Project exposures related to Financial, Banking, Insurance will be an advantage
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Proficiency with business analysis and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Excel, or comparable platforms.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.

Working Set-up:

  • 3x/week onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City, Day Shift schedule
