KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Brand Project management
  • Manage end-to-end marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely execution and alignment with
  • overall goals.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing team members and other departments, particularly the operations team in the
  • implementation of tactics and marketing programs.
  • Brand and Product development
  • Identify the needs and wants of the market to create required products for assigned brands. In charge of maintaining
  • the brand's direction and mapping out a yearlong brand calendar.
  • Team Leadership
  • Supervise, train and mentor colleagues within the marketing team.
  • Digital Marketing
  • Will work closely with the company's digital marketing team in ensuring the brand efforts are communicated online and
  • attend to customer concerns and feedback.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Brand management
  • Must have an in-depth understanding of the connection of the brands assigned to the consumer to enable a sustainable
  • brand growth and development.
  • Product launch
  • Able to write communication materials and rollout product launches to operations teams.
  • Menu management
  • Work on the assigned brand's product mix to identify slow- and fast-moving items. Must have a strong attention to
  • detail in ensuring menu items are properly listed and priced.
  • Event management
  • Oversee marketing concerns for store openings, including grand opening activations and brand relaunch.
  • Trade Marketing
  • Develop and execute trade marketing initiatives by coordinating with local store marketing point persons internally and
  • externally.
