Community Management Specialist

We're looking for someone who can grow and nurture our online communities, transforming conversations into meaningful, positive engagement while showing empathy and understanding to our members.
What You'll Do:
- Foster community growth by turning comments & feedback into constructive, positive discussions
- Write authentic, compelling copy for posts & campaigns that resonate with our audience
- Lead and manage community-driven projects from idea to execution
- Moderate discussions with empathy, ensuring a respectful and inclusive space for all members
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years in community management or social media
- Strong copywriting & project management skills
- Ability to engage with members in a way that builds trust and loyalty
- Bonus: Facebook Groups & Reddit management experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
