Responsibilities:

·       Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.

·       Prepare meeting agendas in consultation with the executive.

·       Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks

·       Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)

·       Maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents.

·       Help distribute marketing materials.

·       Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

·       Prepare meeting agendas in consultation with the executive.

·       Assist in the recruitment process for blue-collar positions.

·       Support hiring initiatives and applicant screening for Ezy Lifestyle's open roles.

·       Any tasks directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned business details requested by I-Cube Digital Solutions Inc.

What We're Looking For:

  • A student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • An analytical mindset with a keen interest in digital marketing and audience engagement.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
